To the reader: I took adderall for ADD all through college as well, and with an odd schedule as most college students have, I was running into similar problems when waking up late. I never noticed the sexual side effects but the most annoying part was that I would have trouble falling asleep at night and it would throw off my whole sleep schedule. Also, my doctor told me that drinking while taking adderall was probably not the best idea so I tried to avoid it if I could. When I spoke with my doctor about the problem I was able to get both the time release capsules, which last for about 12-14 hours (which is what I assume you have) and the tablets, which last for about 6 hours. Maybe if you talk to your doctor about this issue you could see if they could give you both types for the times that you wake up later or don't want the effects for the extended period of time.
