Dear Alice, I have found that I feel more energized by going to the gym in the morning and getting in some cardio — walking on the treadmill and riding the stationary bike. I feel more sluggish on the days that I don't go to the gym before work. Also, I definitely agree that more distractions and interruptions can come up in the evening.
