Hey Alice,
Lots of people I know who are still in school have the same problem as this one. It's very common. What worked best for myself and some friends was that we all got together for a week (we were all having your problem) and encouraged each other to get our homework done. When working in a group, it goes a lot faster. Then we all went to bed (in our own dorms) and made sure we were in bed early everyday. When working in a group, it's easier. Also, what could work is to spend the week with someone who goes to bed early (a grandparent or parent...), so you can get on schedule again.
